PRIMARY KICK-OFF MODULE
When you commence a coaching program with me, THIS module is compulsory, and it sets the foundation of any work that we may do together in the future.
Coaching Agreement - just to make sure we are on the same wavelength and:
1) That you understand you're fully responsible for your own choices and actions.
2) That coaching is not counselling, therapy or any kind of advice - financial, legal or otherwise. You need to get an expert for help in these areas.
3) Payment. We make it easy for you by clearly stating payment amounts, frequency, how I want to be paid and by when.
4) Other admin. How to book a session or how to change a session date/time - what notice needs to be given in order to reschedule. Also, how much notice to give to terminate the contract with me, what happens around any sessions you've paid for but missed or not taken etc.

Coaching Goals Sheet
An important part of my work is to help you to define goals and get clear about what YOU want from life. Now, this Goals Sheet asks you to define what you want to get out of our coaching relationship, setting 3 primary and 7 secondary goals. It helps you get clear on what you want to achieve during the coaching, highlighting gaps in expectations and providing the opportunity to dig a little deeper into your wants and needs.
Life-Mapping Tool
An easy way to get an overview of your life-history. This simple drawing exercise allows you to map out the key lows and highs in your life as you have experienced them - an excellent synopsis for discussion, context for our coaching relationship and for digging deeper as necessary.

Concerned about coming to a session not knowing what you want to talk about? This list of suggested topics/areas will get you thinking before the session so that we both get the most out of our time together.
Handwriting Analysis:
This is probably the most unique approach you will find from most coaches - certainly in South Africa. It will facilitate us going into aspects of your talents, abilities and limitations that may otherwise have been impossible to determine. A BIG PLUS for You! So what we need, very simply, is the following:
- One page of your normal Handwriting on a BLANK A4 page, NO Lines
- Use Black or Blue Ink Pen (NO Felt tip or pencil please - ballpoints OK)
- Write in ANY language of your choice - the one you are comfortable with is OK
- Write on ANY subject - just no copied work, or a poem or recipe - FREE thought is always best!
